Incorporated on September 1, 1978, Mountain Home Estates is an established 200-unit, 36 building townhome community built on 52 landscaped and wooded acres in the center of scenic Londonderry, New Hampshire.

Amenities include tennis courts, basketball court, playground and a clubhouse with both an outdoor pool and the areas only year-round indoor pool.

The three story townhomes consist of 2 and 3 bedroom units that feature brick exteriors with either a private deck or patio.

Londonderry School District, is a highly rated public school district located in Londonderry, NH. It has 4,128 students in PK, K-12 with a student-teacher ratio 11-1.

Londonderry lies in an area that was first known as "Nutfield" because of the dense woods with nut trees. A petition for the town was submitted to the General Court of the Province of New Hampshire on September 23, 1719. On June 21, 1722, the town was chartered and given the name "Londonderry" after Londonderry, Ireland.

Londonderry has easy access to Interstate 93, is conveniently located close to Manchester, 45 minutes north of Boston and only an hour to the seacoast or New Hampshire’s lakes and mountain regions.
