Mountain Home Estates bylaws require a Right of First Refusal that needs to be signed by the Board President and notarized to complete the sale.
Please provide the sellers and buyers information and closing date asap to our office to have this executed for the processing of the sale. Please allow 7-10 business days for this notarized document.
